NZ M5+ 1960-1969

The 1960s saw the advent of the Worldwide Standardised Seismograph Network, with New Zealand responsible for four stations: at Wellington, Afiamalu (Western Samoa), Rarotonga (Cook Islands) and Scott Base (Antarctica).
A substantial upgrading of the NZ network in the mid-1960s using Willmore short-period seismographs with photographic recording.
